“Best DJ around! We came across DJ Shannon C playing at a bar we frequent. She was really enthusiastic and knew how to get people up and dancing. We knew we had to have her for our wedding. I contacted her via her website and she replied within a matter of hours. She was very professional and seemed very eager to DJ our wedding. Shannon was very easy to get in contact with when we had questions and was easily reachable via phone and email.

Leading up to the wedding day, she kept in contact with us to make sure we didnt have any concerns. We were able to Facetime with her (due to distance, meeting in person was a little hard to manage) and go over the type of music we wanted to hear and set up a timeline of events with her. She was very easy to talk with and our conversations were a breeze.

Day of the wedding, Shannon showed up on time with an assistant to help her set up. She had all the necessary equipment and was ready to go by ceremony time. Everything went great! She played great music all night and even snuck in a halloween song just for us! At the end of the night when her time was up, she even helped us setup our portable speaker so we could continue listening to music. All and all, Shannon did an excellent job and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a great DJ! ”

We hired Shannon to DJ our beach wedding on Anna Maria Island and she was fantastic! DJ Shannon C is so talented and absolutely worth every penny. She brings all her own equipment, is super friendly and helpful, and most importantly, does a great job playing music and making sure everyone is having a blast. She brings the party wherever she goes, and we’re always sure to try to go out to our favorite local bar when she’s DJing.

Shannon was very communicative throughout the planning process. We came to our meetings with a specific idea in mind, and Shannon was very receptive to our requests. She had every type of music we wanted, from hip hop to alternative to jazz. She played to the crowd, making sure that everyone was having a great time and keeping the energy going throughout the night. We love Halloween, and she even had some Halloween-themed dubstep in her library.

She also emceed our wedding, announcing important events along the timeline such as our reception entrance and the cake cutting. She did a great job keeping up with the timeline, even as things fell a little behind schedule. She worked in tandem with us and our day-of coordinator to make sure things went smoothly.

She was flexible with our venue setup and the designated DJ area. She even asked ahead of time about the attire we expected her to wear. She arrived on time with an assistant and brought all the necessary equipment. We rented dance floor lightning from her, which really amped things up and made it feel more like a party. She also brought wireless mics for use during the ceremony. I highly recommend DJ Shannon C for weddings or any other events!
